Tennessee fans will be ecstatic if they get to this game with an unscathed record. This game could possibly be a preview of the SEC championship game. Yes, there are many weeks yet to be played, but these were the two favorites going into the year. There have been ups and downs with both teams so far early in this season, but one thing remains the same. Neither team has lost yet.
Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts has looked tremendous early in this season and will likely play a major role in deciding this one. Tennessee lost DB Cameron Sutton last week to a broken ankle. He will likely still be out when these two match up. Outside of Sutton, Tennessee has a very weak secondary. I would look for Lane Kiffin to get Hurts a lot of quick easy reads early in this game. For that reason, I think Alabama gets up early and doesn’t look back.
